ICAL's Dozen Doors
a-lign, v., 1. to ally (oneself) with a group, party, cause, etc.
2. to join with others in a cause.
To align your staff to produce Innovation within the organization requires that they recognize where they are now, where they want to be in the future, and are aligned with a plan of action to get there.
Aligning staff for Innovation requires both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation for employees, which is best achieved when all stakeholders are involved from the start. Relating Coaching and Communicating to observed performance is also an important measure of alignment. For more information on how ICAL can assist in aligning your organization toward Innovation, see our products and services page.
